I ordered takeout from dennys after work, it was just the kind of easy experience I needed after a long day. The ordering process was simple, my food was ready when I got there, and the pancakes and hash browns were still hot, which instantly made me happy. Nothing was missing either, which is always a relief with takeout. The guy at the counter was friendly too, and that little bit of kindness made the whole thing feel even better. I’d definitely order again...

Ordered from dennys.com late at night and expected the usual delays or lukewarm food, but it showed up faster than I thought. The food was still warm, the pancakes somehow didn’t get soggy, and the driver was nice too. Kind of makes you wonder why other places can’t manage the same thing. Happy with it overall.

I tried reaching out to the managers and never heard back from anyone. It was really frustrating because I was waiting on their reply to finalize my plans, and the whole thing ended up falling through. A simple response would’ve made a big difference

I had the pancakes and eggs, and I’ll admit they came out nice and hot. The menu had a lot of breakfast options, which was a pleasant surprise, and the coffee refills were quick. I wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out to be a decent breakfast spot.

The seats were actually really comfy, like I sat down expecting the usual stiff setup and then just kind of settled in and forgot about it. No back ache afterward either, which is always the thing I notice later, so yeah, happy with that.

I’ve been using the Denny’s app whenever I want to order pickup and it’s been solid overall, the menu is easy to scroll through, finding what I want doesn’t feel like a chore, checkout is quick enough that I’m not sitting there getting annoyed, and my orders have always gone through just fine, though every now and then the app loads slower than I’d like or randomly makes me sign back in which is a little irritating but not enough to make me stop using it. Giving it 4 stars because it gets the job done, but it could definitely be a bit smoother.

I signed up for the Denny’s rewards on dennys.com it’s been nice so far. I got a coupon right away, and checking my points is simple enough. I don’t eat out all the time, but when I do, it’s nice to get a little something back. The site worked fine for me with no real problems. Has anyone else had any issues with the points updating, or has it been smooth for you too?

There’s a ton to choose from here, from pancakes and omelets to burgers and late-night options. Even my picky kids can usually find something they’re happy with, which says a lot.

The atmosphere was sorta okay overall. It felt a little noisy and a bit old, but it wasn’t too bad.
